4. Old Business
A. Vehicle parking too close to intersections. “No Parking” signs put up on almost whole block. Some residents’ vehicles won’t fit in their garages. McDOT removed 1 sign at point of divergence were vehicles clear turn lane. Close
B. Citizens requesting Left Turn Arrow off of Meeker Blvd. onto SB Camino Del Sol and at 138th Ave and RH Johnson at exit from Fry’s Foods. Ongoing
C. Left Turn Arrow off of SB RH Johnson onto 128th is either “Left Turn on Green” for short time or red for rest of traffic signal cycle. People want Left Turn Arrow to flash yellow after initial green arrow. McDOT to look at Flashing Arrows installation. McDOT advised that oncoming traffic rounds a curve before light, safety hazard. Close
D. Synchronization of stoplights on RH Johnson. McDOT will study. Ongoing
E. Weeds and vegetation vision infringement of road on commercial property adjacent to
roadways. Rec Center-CC&R says they have no authority. Who regulates this. Ongoing

5. New Business
A. No Parking signs along RHJ across from RH Johnson Rec Center and Sun Dome Plaza. Height of signs tears the larger US Flags that American Legion used to fly’s on flag poles. Restricts flags to smaller sizes.
B. El Mirage road extension beyond I-303. Implications for SCW traffic issues.
C. Pot holes and road cracks on Heritage B/T Greystone and 151st. Cracks and grass growing in street next to 13235 Stardust Blvd
D. Complaint about car parked on LaTerraza at 128th apparently parked “to close” to stop sign. Vehicle parked for plant sale at Beardsley and was towed within 2 hours. What are rules regarding this?
